an IR consulting firm founded by James Meadows and based in
Central Florida.
CPR LLC was built with one focus: helping micro-cap public

James Meadows is the founder and principal of CPR LLC. With
a background in investor relations and financial communications,
James has spent his career working in and around the micro-cap
space — understanding what these companies need, what investors
want to see, and how to bridge that gap effectively.
